Naturist Thought #32 – Walking

Every medical doctor will advice to do some form of exercise thirty minutes every day. Brisk walking is an exercise that can be practiced by almost everybody at any age. What about nude walking? It combines the benefits of naturism and exercise. Whether on a naked beach or in a naked resort, or in nature, nude walking is a great way to stay fit and get an overall tan.

When going on a naked hike, you need to carry your own water, food and clothing in a backpack. When going for a thirty to forty-minute brisk walk or light jog, you can go entirely naked, a much more comfortable situation. Some will walk or jog barefoot, some, like me, with very light footwear like Vibram Five Fingers, others with normal walking or jogging shoes. Pick the one you want, put some sunscreen, wear a cap and go for a nude walk. There is, in my humble opinion, no better way to get/stay fit, while enjoying nude time in nature.

Get Naked, Stay Naked, Live Naked and Share the Naked Love!

  1. I couldn’t agree more! One of my favorite activities since discovering the wonderful world of naturism just over a year ago is hiking the nature trails at my nudist camp. I am an overweight 48 year old man so it feels great to exercise and I’m so much more motivated to do so nude. I’ve lost 20 pounds since last summer and am gaining confidence in my body. I still want to loose more weight but I am in no way ashamed to be nude just the way I am right now!
