Sweat is a natural way for our body to regulate its heat. When you wear clothes, sweat wets them. Generally, clothes become sticky and unpleasant to wear. Some special fabrics are better than others to dry. However, when we wear nothing, our sweat evaporates, naturally. This is one of the many benefits of nudity.
I was sweating during my morning naked workout and felt incredibly well. Sweat was dripping on my towel that was above my yoga mat, and I could feel each drop sliding along my body. It was a very sensual feeling, increased by the comfort of not wearing any clothing. With no clothes on, sweat is no longer uncomfortable, it’s just a way for our body to maintain constant temperature. Another very good reason to workout, run or hike naked.
