What a fantastic feeling to walk or just lie naked under the sun. We know we need to get protected with a good sunscreen and limit our exposure to the sun, as too much of it is bad for our skin. But done with moderation, there’s no better way than to get a wonderful tan without any tan lines.

Science has clearly shown that we need some exposure to the sun to produce D vitamin. Preferably, we should expose ourselves daily not too long to avoid getting sunburned and other negative consequences on the longer term. It seems that 30 minutes of daily exposure without any sunscreen is an ideal duration.

Of course, some days the sun is hiding behind clouds and the temperature does not allow us to stay naked outside entirely naked. However, whenever it’s possible, just strip down and go for a walk or just lie there outside, enjoying the benefits of the sun!
